Who owns the content

You own the posts, images, and videos Xyla creates for your store. You are free to use them on your social channels, in ads, and elsewhere. You are responsible for making sure the products and claims in your posts are accurate.

What data Xyla uses

• Your product details and photos, to create posts.
• Your brand settings, to style what it makes.
• Access tokens for the social accounts you connect, so it can publish.
• Basic account and billing details, to run your subscription.

How your data is protected

Connections to your store and social accounts use each platform's official, secure login. Xyla stores only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your data. You can disconnect any social account or store connection at any time, which removes Xyla's access.

Deleting your data

If you cancel and want your data removed, you can request deletion from your account settings or by contacting support. We remove your stored content and personal data, keeping only what we are legally required to retain.
