Cancellation and refund policy

This page sets out how cancellations and refunds work at Xyla. We aim to be fair and clear, so there are no surprises on your bill.

Free trial

New stores start on a free trial. You can cancel during the trial and you will not be charged. If you do nothing, your plan begins when the trial ends and billing starts on that date.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge you again after that.

Refunds

• Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable, since you keep access for the full period.
• If you were billed in error or hit a genuine problem, contact support and we will put it right.
• Credit bundle purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account.
