Connect your social accounts

Xyla can create content without any socials connected, but to publish for you it needs permission to post to your accounts. You connect each network once, and Xyla handles the rest.

Connect a network

1. Open social accountsGo to the social accounts page from the main menu.
2. Choose a networkClick Connect next to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, or YouTube.
3. Sign in and approveYou are sent to that network to log in and grant access. This uses the network's own secure login.
4. Pick the destinationFor Instagram and Facebook, choose the page or business account to post to. For Pinterest, choose a board.

If a connection drops

Networks expire access from time to time, so a channel can show as needing attention. Reconnect it the same way you connected it the first time. See the troubleshooting guide if a specific network keeps failing.
