No. Xyla publishes through each platform's official API as a normal scheduled post. You're not violating any terms of service. The major platforms allow AI-assisted content as long as it's posted by an authenticated account, which Xyla is.

Do I need to give Xyla my social passwords?

Never. You connect Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X and YouTube via each platform's official OAuth flow. Xyla never sees, stores or asks for your passwords, and you can revoke access from each platform's settings at any time.

Is my store data and customer data secure?

What happens to my scheduled posts if I cancel?

Anything already published stays on your social accounts. It's yours. Posts queued in Xyla but not yet published won't go out after you cancel. You can re-subscribe anytime and pick up where you left off.
